Forms are designed to simplify and streamline the submission of information and the creation of tasks, ensuring an efficient workflow.

Project Setup

After signing up, contact Unmand to link your new account to the projects available within your organisation.

Navigate to a project

Once signed in, you will be directed to the portal home page. From there, select the Forms application icon, and then choose the project you wish to view or work on.
