Swarm Installation

Overview​

Swarm can be installed on any computer with a Windows Operating System. By installing Swarm locally, you can build, test and debug your flow in real time.

You will require local administrator rights to install and run the Swarm Local Worker.

Install Swarm Local​

Download and run SwarmSetup.exe. Navigate through the set up screens.

Install WKHTMLTOPDF (Optional - Only required for PDF actions)​

Wkhtmltopdf and wkhtmltoimage are open source (LGPLv3) command line tools to render HTML into PDF.

Download and install WKHTMLTOPDF at the following URL:

https://wkhtmltopdf.org/downloads.html

Create an environment variable for the WKHTMLTOPDF_PATH installation.
